These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and we999 ("we999," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the we999 online gaming platform available at we999.live, including all associated games, betting services, account features, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support services.

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any part of the we999 platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are accessing the platform entirely of your own free will and at your own risk.

Access to the we999 platform and the creation of a we999 account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis for as long as you use the platform:

• Not a problem gambler: You must not be aware of, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, that you have a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder at the time of registration or continued use.
• Not a restricted person: Employees, directors, contractors, and agents of we999, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

we999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Each user is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) we999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single user is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion. Where duplicate accounts are detected, we999 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

we999 operates PKR-denominated accounts and supports a range of Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT, and debit card. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal minimum and maximum amounts are set by we999 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your we999 account.

• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you have selected an alternative supported currency at registration. we999 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred on your end.
• Refused transactions: we999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are listed in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero percent.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate, or interact with the we999 platform in place of a human user.
• Exploiting any software errors, bugs, or glitches in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using insider information, match-fixing knowledge, or any non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing we999 staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the we999 platform — including but not limited to the we999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of we999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the we999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the we999 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any we999 software.
• Create derivative works based on we999 content or branding.
• Use we999 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorisation from we999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

we999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your we999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

we999 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any specific game outcome, odds, or result is guaranteed.
• The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude we999's liability for death or personal injury caused by we999's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

we999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.

• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and suspended pending contact from the account holder.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining after deducting any bonus funds and pending wagers will be returned to the user via their last verified payment method, provided no fraud investigation is pending. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination regardless of the reason for termination.

You may close your we999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which we999 is licensed and operated.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
